How we send your roses
We're a specialist rose grower and curator. To keep our roses in the best possible condition, we source them fresh from our growers each week rather than holding large amounts of stock. That means every rose reaches you healthy and recently lifted — but it also means a little patience between order and dispatch.
Handling & dispatch time
Please allow 1–2 weeks for dispatch. Once your order comes through on our next weekly grower order and is prepared, we post it with 3–5 business days transit. Most orders reach you within 2–3 weeks of ordering.
Bare-root season
Bare-root roses are dormant and are dispatched during the winter planting season (roughly June–August), which is the ideal time to plant them. Potted roses can be sent year-round within their delivery area.
Where we ship
- Bare-root roses — posted Australia-wide for a flat $14.95 per order (free over $150). Excludes WA & Tasmania due to plant biosecurity rules.
- Potted roses — sent within NSW for an additional fee.
- Local pickup — free, from Bomaderry/Cambewarra. Local delivery available in the Shoalhaven.
A note on biosecurity
Moving live plants across some state borders is restricted. We follow all Australian biosecurity requirements, which is why some destinations are unavailable for certain rose forms.
